ProRes files tend to be a lot larger (sometimes with no visible gain), so we suggest starting with H.264. You can read more about the differences between these codecs in our compression guidelines. The Video codec will be up to your own personal preference, but we recommend choosing H.264 or ProRes 422 HQ.
